Decent spot for a short stay

I stayed for 5 nights, and it was pretty chill. The room was clean and had decent space. Check-in was super quick, and the staff were really friendly. It's just a short walk to the tube and Westfield Mall, which was a bonus! But the noise from the adjacent rooms was kinda annoying at times.

The hotel sits conveniently near shopping centers and multiple tube stations, making it easy to navigate the city. The basic amenities provided were functional, catering adequately to essential needs during a short stay.

The noise levels left much to be desired. thin walls meant you could hear conversations and other sounds from adjacent rooms quite clearly, which definitely interfered with my peace. The maintenance could use some attention—worn furniture and cleaning issues were noticeable, particularly in the bathroom. The stairway was cramped, and without an elevator, maneuvering luggage became a hassle. some amenities, like the toiletries and hot water, were inconsistent, which detracted from the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and even helped us with extra pillows when we asked. Location was superb, right across from the shopping center, made it so easy for food and quick trips.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but acceptable for what we needed.
