I had a wonderful stay at this place with friendly staff, a clean environment, and a fantastic location, not to mention the delicious breakfast options like croissants, toast with jelly.

Extremely spacious hotel rooms with the basics.

The manager was really nice, and having the breakfast included with the stay is a godsend. We were spending the weekend for a concert at the o2 Shepherd's Bush Empire concert hall, and I think the location of the hotel turned out to be optimal for the plan, so I can recommend it to anyone whose trip revolves around a show there.

The bathroom was small and didn't feel isolated enough from the rest of the room, although the shower was big and comfortable.

This place is spotless and the service is top-notch. the staff here are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome 😊. the breakfast with toast and eggs is absolutely delicious and will start your day off right.

Very convenient location---near to two Tube stations as well as a large shopping complex.

1--The toilets were made for midgets. It is very difficult for an average person to even enter the shower cubicle. 2---Very unfriendly owner. 3---A bed and breakfast place and not a hotel.

this hotel is going through refurbishment and should be finished in A few weeks, even this being the case you could see the abbey hotel was going to be A great place to stay. my room was completed and had all the facilities you could want. very quite, friendly comfortable, staff were great. I look forwad to staying thee again in 2 months time when all completed.

nothing to dislike

The hotel at Oyo Abbey in London, Shepherd's Bush Market is impeccably clean and newly renovated. the views are impressive. the location is decent, near two tube stations with different lines, making it easy to get anywhere in town. the food is fabulous.

Very strict about check out time and paying immediately at check in.

Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the boiler had broken and there was no heating/hot water. Staff gave us a discount and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We were made aware of the problem before we arrived.

The staff was good and friendly. The standard twin room was inexpensive and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets.

The staff were accommodating and super friendly. Amazing location in front of a huge shopping mall. - the breakfast was satisfactory with scrambled egg. - the food was great. - We spent 1 night in a standard room with 3 single beds.

The stay here was GOOD, loved the hotel, it was reasonably clean with easy and strategic location just off coffee shops, and public transport. All the staff was attentive, settled my issues. The breakfast had plenty of options, including toast and eggs.
